Misti Bartell, DO Diplomate American Board of OB/GYN
Dr. Misti Bartell is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been practicing in Phoenix since 2003 and has been with Cornerstone Women's Care since 2010. She is a native Texan and attended The University of Texas at Austin where she received a BA degree in Humanities with Special Honors. She received her Osteopathic Medical Degree from The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. She completed a Rotating Internship with Wayne State University at Grace Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and established her Residency training with Michigan State University-Sparrow Hospital, in Lansing, Michigan, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Bartell enjoys all aspects of Obstetrics and Gynecology and takes a collaborative approach to medicine with her patients. Her training includes the daVinci Robotic Surgical System, Operative Hysteroscopy and in-office procedures. Dr. Bartell enjoys photography, travel and hiking on her personal time.
Tina Pelopida, MD, MPH Diplomate American Board of OB/GYN
Dr. Tina Pelopida is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her medical degree at the University of Arizona in Tucson and completed her residency with the Phoenix Integrated Residency 0B/GYN Program at Maricopa Medical Center and St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Her background includes a Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona with an emphasis on health education and international health. She is proficient with the daVinci Robotic Surgical System and in-office procedures including endometrial ablations. She grew up in Phoenix and obtained her BS degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona. She is bilingual with both English and Spanish and enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three children, as well as international travel and scuba diving.
Trina Llewellyn, RNCNP Diplomate American Board of OB/GYN
Trina Llewellyn is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and has been with the practice for over 10 years. Originally from Idaho, she completed her BS of Nursing at Idaho State University. Following graduation she worked in Labor and Delivery for over 13 years and taught Lamaze and Childbirth preparation classes for the hospital. She returned to obtain her Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification and graduated from Harbor-UCLA, California in 1996. NPs provide primary, acute and specialty healthcare services to diverse populations. With their advanced clinical training, NPs are authorized to diagnose illnesses, treat conditions and provide evidence-based health education to their patients. Trina prescribes medications, inserts LARC methods (IUD's and Implants) and performs various in-office procedures. Trina is married with four children and two grandchildren. Her interests include reading, camping and spending time with her family.
Amy Janetsky, RNCNP Diplomate American Board of OB/GYN
Amy Janetsky has an extensive background in Women’s Health as a registered nurse that spans 22 years. She received her BSN from Arizona State University and her Master's from Grand Canyon University. Formerly an Iowa native she prefers the sunshine and warmth of Arizona where she enjoys cycling, yoga and mosaic art. Proficient in Spanish and married with two children. Passionate about wellness and preventative medicine, she looks forward to helping women live healthier lives by utilizing nutrition, exercise and stress management. Illness prevention education is vital in assisting clients and their families with their health goals and optimizing their life experience and relationships.
